Before You Purchase:

 

At Turnonwow, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. We provide comprehensive product information, dimensions, and visuals (pictures or videos) to assist you in making the best decision. Please scrutinize the product descriptions and specifications before purchasing and feel free to reach us at customer_service@turnonwow.com for any product-related inquiries.

 

 

Our Return Policy:

1.       Given the personal nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are unopened and retain intact packaging and tags. This ensures that every product is brand new and upholds our customers’ health, safety, and peace of mind.

2.       Once the package is opened, the products are deemed used and, hence, cannot be returned, unless faulty.

3.       Should you wish to return a product, please provide pictures of the unopened package via email within 180 days of purchase. Upon verifying the status of the package, we will provide you with a return address. The cost of returning is borne by the customer.

4.       Allow us 3-4 weeks to receive and process your return. Should you have any questions about your return, you can request an update at customer_service@turnonwow.com.

5.       The above-mentioned return policy applies to but is not limited to the following cases:
(1) Duplicate orders due to operator error.
(2) Returns due to change of mind.
(3) Returns due to purchasing an incorrect product.
(4) Returns because the product is no longer required.
(5) Returns due to the price.

 

Item Defective?


Should you find an item defective within 180 days, please provide us with the following via customer_service@turnonwow.com:

1.       Order number, SKU of the poor item, brief explanation of the issue;

2.       Pictures or a video of the product to illustrate the defect. Upon verification, we will replace it with the same item or another item of similar value.

 

Please confirm the following before reporting an issue:

1.       Was the product fully charged before you attempted to use it? Have you held the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn it on?

2.       For dildo and vibrator, did you switch on the product before utilizing the remote control? Did you check the remote control’s battery?

3.       Have you looked at the product’s user manual?

4.       Please note that none of our products should be used while charging.

 

 

Missing or Returned Package?

1.       Should the parcel be delivered to the intended address but is not received, no refund will be provided.

2.       If a parcel is lost in transit, we will resend the same item.

3.       If a parcel is delivered to a wrong address, we will resend the same item.

4.       If a parcel is returned due to an issue with the address or customer’s delay in collecting the parcel, we will resend the same item and $7 will be charged for shipping.

5.       If a parcel is returned due to force majeure such as custom returns, unwarranted post office returns, we will resend the same item.
Kindly send all details to our customer support for confirmation within 30 days of purchase.

 

 

Need to Cancel an Order?

 

1.       For a free cancellation, please reach Turnonwow customer_service@turnonwow.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

2.       Most orders are processed and dispatched on the same day, which is why it’s nearly impossible to cancel an order after it has been submitted.

3.       If an order couldn’t be canceled but you no longer need it, please try to decline the package. If unable to, follow the return policy.

4.       Post-refund, your refund should reflect within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.

 

 

Received An Incorrect Product?


If you believe we’ve shipped the wrong item, contact us at customer_service@turnonwow.com along with the following within 180 days of purchase:

1.       Photos of the shipping label (the label on the package)

2.       Photos showing the SKU on the product’s plastic wrap bag

3.       Photos of the entire package and product

 

Please Note:

 

1.       If your order’s total value is $500 or more, we will levy a processing fee that’s 20% of your order’s value. The following, though not exhaustive, applies:
(1) Cancellation of the entire order
(2) Return of all items in the order (unopened package)
(3) Other instances, reach us at customer_service@turnonwow.com

2.       No processing fee is charged for orders costs less than $500.
(1) For returning all items in an order (unopened package): the refund will exclude the shipping fee
(2) For cancellation: full refund
(3) Other instances, contact us at customer_service@turnonwow.com

3.       If you are purchasing a high-value product (over $500), record the process of unwrapping the package. If there’s an issue, contact us at customer_service@turnonwow.com and send this video to our customer service for confirmation.
